1. This medium is suitable for use as a basal medium for CHO-K1, CHO-S, CHO-DG44, 293 cells and insect cells as a supplemental additive in culture processes.
2. This product is a chemically defined medium (CDM) which is Animal-Derived Component-Free (ADCF).
3. This product contains amino acids, vitamins, glucose, growth factors, lipids, inorganic salts, and trace elements and is free of peptides, hydrolysates and phenol red.
4. The dry powder medium contains HT, without P188 and L-glutamine.
5. The application in batch fed-batch and perfusion cultures of monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins significantly increases product expression (e.g., Fed-Batch MAB >5 g/L).
