CHO Cloning MaxB
1. CHO Cloning MaxB is a chemically defined suspension medium developed by MediumBank based on CHO cell metabolic pathways for single-cell growth. It is suitable for single-cell suspension culture of CHO-K1, CHOK1SV, CHOZN, CHO-S and other CHO cell lines.
2. This medium is a chemically defined medium (CDM) and is animal-derived component-free (ADCF).
3. This medium contains recombinant proteins, amino acids, vitamins, glucose, lipids, P188, inorganic salts, and trace elements, and is free of growth factors, L-glutamine, and hydrolysates.
4. This product is a light-yellow clear liquid, 500 mL per bottle. It reaches or exceeds comparable international monoclonal screening media in key indicators including single-cell growth rate, clone formation rate, and clone survival rate, and supports auxiliary attachment to prevent clone drift for monoclonality verification.
