1. CHO MaxB is a chemically defined, animal-derived component-free basal medium for CHO cell batch and fed-batch culture.
2. It is designed for CHO-K1, CHO-S, CHO-DG44/CHOZN and related CHO expression cell lines.
3. The formulation contains key nutrients such as amino acids, vitamins, glucose, lipids, P188, inorganic salts and trace elements, and is free of hydrolysates, peptides and phenol red.
